The Flying Lions Aerobatic Team
“The Flying Lions Aerobatic Team” operate 4 “T-6 Texans’, otherwise known as the Harvard. Their 3 plus 1 routine is graceful, beautiful and exhilarating. With the Harvard’s presence, combined with the low level display capability of the Teams pilots and their relentless pursuit for excellence, this world class performance inspires audiences.
Team 2
Lion’s Pride
“Lion’s Pride” is a combination of past and present, old and new. With the Harvard as the lead ship providing a solid platform for the 2 Extra 300’s on the wing, this 3 ship display eventually turns into a 2 plus one routine. With the Harvard displaying its solo low level aerobatic capabilities, the Extra’s explore the “inverted formation” aerobatic envelope.
Team 3
The TrailBlazers
“The TrailBlazers” operate 3 Pitts Special S2B’s and a Pitts Special S2C. Their 4 Ship routine which eventually turns into a 3 plus 1 display is fast paced, dynamic and in your face. The foundation of the show are the 3 S2B’s which perform low level aerobatics in formation with the S2C filling in with a high energy solo allowing for a 13 minute display of pure action.
